Similar to how Burglary crimes allow "Focused Scouting," I think it would be nice to have Focused Spawn for Faction OC 2.0. You could spend 2x or 3x the Scope Points to get a specific OC instead of rerolling and getting OCs you don't want your faction to participate in.
