The other user and myself want to marry, and we have reached the point of kiss, but it's not changing us to married. And why does it refresh every 5 seconds? Can't we just select kiss in our own time to complete the arrangement?

You can do this at your own time, the "refresh" is to update the list of witnesses. You and your spouse do not need to do this within 5 seconds, if that is what you are thinking. Thanks!
