One of my employees has told me, due to faction issues he needs to find a new job. So Id like to hopefully replace him direct across if possible, but if not I can move some employees around.

Definately crime related. And would be incredibly powerful for you to quickly get that CE up to do tier 8,9 or 10s. Or save for the next crime.
