I mean, even 70 lev guys i came across couldnt explain how do we rank up in this godsaken game, so why not adding a level progress bar?

For best experience gains, you want to beat them and then leave them in the street. Do not mug or hospitalize. Higher level targets give higher experience which helps you level up quicker. How much experience you gain is based entirely on their level and leaving them in the street. Lower stats make them easier to beat, but has no effect on how much experience you gain. Target the higher level ones, as long as you can win.

Not me, I'm still stuck at 69
Everything helps you lvl up, just play :-) fastest way is by attacking people, but you should more worry about your gym stats, those are way more important than lvls
Edit: get to lvl 15 so you can fly, than dont worry about lvls
It appears i shall make some things clear.
1)I am on PC, and even as im speaking there is no "level progress bar" in here (Im saying this to you Syncopate)
2)Thanks everyone for giving me the wiki, although even in wiki there is no clear numbers really appreciated for the help.
3)What im asking is a bar which we can see the percent of progress we made. And perhaps some clear number for xp we get? Like "You will get 10-100 xp for pickpocketing" or "You will get 300-700 xp for attacking this X level player" etc.

Long story short no
If you want to see how far you are from the next level, once you reach level 15 and can travel, the Chinese fortune teller can tell you how much progress you have (like Mong said). However, there's no public information on how much each action gained (although it's said that attacking and leaving gives a considerable amount compared to others). However, if I were you, I wouldn't worry about levels once you reach lvl 15 (whiich shouldn't take long) and can then focus on other things like networth and battle stats, which are way more important. You don't really need a level progress bar per se when at a certain point levels don't really matter as much.
