Hello, working at increasing my working stats and needless to say it’s been slow to say the least. I’m wondering if it’s possible to speed up the process as I’ve joined an actual company now and would like to keep my stats up so I don’t lose out the spot to higher stats people currently all my stats are around 10k to 13k

Work stats are time gated, so at low levels the only real way to boost them is to pay directors willing to sell the trains their company generates and use them on you exclusively, which will cost quite a bit. To my knowledge, the only other ways to boost work stats outside of earning them naturally is the Brown Easter Egg (+1% to all) or the Book that increases all stats by 5% one time only. Though these will see better value once you've gotten your stats higher.
It's a long grind, can't train them like you do battle stats.
The most practical solution to your problem that I have is
Do all of the jobs the city has to offer. They train you daily in all of the work stats. I work at mining company (look up company via wiki) and they only train in 2 stats Manual Labour and Endurance while City Jobs train you all
Torn is a marathon so think in months not hours or even days
Do these 3 jobs unless you want to sell e cans or battlestats or raw cash (small amounts in grand scheme)
Education-become a school teacher and become a principal asap(this takes time but it's well worth in)
You get 2 benefits from this job is Permenant reduction %10 of education course (people spend merits to reduce it)
You can exchange 10 points for + 100 of a certain work stats... that's amazing.. you can raise your work stats by 2100 a month
Do Law next and unlock the forever passive perk of increased crime gain xp
Then
Become a brain surgeon to unlock revive ability (people sell revives especially abroad)
