Start the fight when your opponent is low life
you can ask someone to defeat him and leave on the streets
attack him right after he comes out from hospital. It will give you an advantage in the battle

Seriously though if you want money either sell losses below lvl 15, or rush to lvl 15 and start travelling (unless you fancy gambling, but a few rounds of Russian foot roulette might make that zilch)... probably read Baldrs Guide while you're at it
