I've been at this for more than a week now. I am trying to unlock the Flamethrower (Last one I need to unlock) With the Pest Control job, I have tried Emforus's description several times, but I keep getting fails. Does this need to be done in a specific way or speed? Or is it a barrel of disappointment RNG like going after the crown jewel at the jewelry shop?

Don't know, but if you want to check if you need a specific timing for the stoke you can get your stop-watch ready and copy me:
3 oxy, molotov, wait 65 seconds and stoke with one oxy. Got it on my first try so if the timing is important I must have gotten lucky
