At certain zoom and browser width combinations the navigation menu is located on the side and uses desktop order, but uses mobile buttons.
The combination I noticed it with was 110% zoom and 1091px width.

Which screen resolution do you have?
And do you have system scale > 100%?

System scale default, monitor resolution 1920x1080.
Browser resolution this occurs at is 1091px width at 110% browser zoom.
My guess is that whatever determines the navigation menu style and location round differently because changing the width by 1 in either direction fixes the issue.
