I keep getting the verify you are human from cloudflare. Hitting the checkmark loads for a while and then prompts the verify thing again. It just repeats infinitely.
Happening on chrome on my PC. Tried it with all extensions disabled, deleted cookies, and tried probate browser as well with no scripts or extensions.

Check your PC’s clock is synced, sometimes being out of sync will cause cloudflare verification issues. You can do that from the clock on your taskbar.
Time is correct
If Cloudflare does not like something from your browser's end, then the check can get looped. Your browser profile is failing Cloudflare check and it is up to you to figure out what is causing it and how to get past it. Try checking if things work in Incognito window, if they do then you will have to try disabling all of your extensions/vpn in the regular window, delete all cookies related to Torn to see if it helps. In worst case, you can try doing a re-installation of your browser.

i already tried all those things
His reply had extra bits not in your opening post.
(Such as turning off any VPN etc too if you were using one, as your post didn't mention that)
If you use a different browser on your PC, does it do the same thing?
I had Cloudflare randomly revalidating, refreshing, returning 403, while I was on any Torn page.
The cause was having enabled "Use Google services for push messaging" in Brave browser's Privacy and security settings.
