Every job got mad except the casino. For some reason, i cant get the prompt to come up. Is there anything I'm missing? I've read multiple guides

Some jobs y need to work at first to get the right prompt. Not sure if casino is one or not but try and get hired then quit might fix it. Took me a lot of tries in the medical one myself.

thats what im following. for some reason i just cant get the prompt. Do i need to stay in the job and promote once maybe?
it just keeps giving me the option to do the interview and ive just been quitting everytime
i'm having the same issue. followed the script a dozen times, the you suck never comes, I just keep getting a job :P
I think you need to get promoted at least once in each of the three starter jobs to get their Affronted dialogue options, were you able to try that?
Same is happening with me. In casino
Take the first promotion, then quit
Correct.
There is some RNG there. Some dialogs to annoy them don't always show up.
I remember one dialog shows up after you take the promotion, quit and rejoin. Just keep at it. And do it manually; don't try and script it.
