Every action/call must be manually triggered or you will be fedded. If you want a script like that you can theoretically add a button that upon pressing it algorithmically selects and does one action like:
- opening a new page
- pressing the train button
- pressing the brute force button
- etc
and thus by manually pressing it 987657890 times it plays torn for you one step at a time and does all the thinking itself, but that would be a lot of work and make the game rather quite boring.
no it wouldnt press button x times .....
it would work differently ....
just an excample ....
it would check the energie ..... when enough it would go to the gym and train one time for the maximal ammount ....
same with cracking and nerve counter ....
it would only work when i am on the home site ......
the script would have some logic ....
otherwise it would just switch between home/gym/cracking endlesly
this script would be for that when i am making some other things in real life like cooking etc ....
that would be illegal. every single action ingame MUST be done by you manually while you are actively playing / looking at the screen or your account will be banned, permanently. a script cannot play for you.

Any software that makes non-API requests which are not directly and manually initiated by the user is prohibited and may be tracked.
As others have already said, what you are talking about would be a script that is automating gameplay for you. This is very much against the scripting rules. There's also no need to do this. Going to the gym and cracking takes less than a minute to spam out, which you can easily do between cooking or whatever else you have going on. All of us do it, you can too.
If you have to ask, it's probably not okay...

There is no country in the world that has made a law against this. Ignore the haters, it isn't illegal.
It will however get you banned from Torn. Don't be lazy, press buttons.
