If i leave my army job and then go to work at other jobs or companies, when i come back to army do i keep my position?

Yes you do. This also counts for every player led company type. Tornstats shows how much points you have in each company: https://www.tornstats.com/company/positions
You retain all job points earned in each job. For city based jobs, or commonly known as jobs offered by non player owned companies, you retain the role/position you held when you leave the job.
