So it’s now a bit after 19:00 tct. The earliest the event could start for people was 10:00 tct.
When people kept not being able to find eggs, asking staff resulted in people initially being told they could be seen and happy hunting.
Around 18:59 tct Cloudjumper put in a B&I thread that because of optimizations last year, it prevented the eggs from being seen by the players on at least some if not all pages.
They introduced a patch.
Right away, people got some eggs if they were searching right then.
Then CloudJumper posted that devs reverted the patch because of lag.
Even after that some of my faction members were getting server errors..
Some people spent a lot of time today going through 100+ pages looking for eggs.
Kind of curious if others think this could qualify for the time traveler merit for those who had been online today?

Figure with a bunch of issues here and there with events over time. The time traveler merit that hasn’t been given out in over a decade.. having it given out to people who spent time searching today, for eggs we could not see, and have been told now what the issue was..
There being patches, reversions, server errors…
Probably something that could potentially count for that kind of honor these days? Maybe?
