To the point, definite no. The bank is there for investment, not as a checking account. If you're getting mugged (or worried about getting mugged), protect your money in other ways. Ghost trades, piggy bank (if you have one), property vault, even the Caymans is an option, albeit not the best.
And that's not even mentioning the actual flaws in the suggestion itself.
soo what your proposing is old players basically remove mugging from the game?i would think a bilion from vault is enough for daily needs when you add your daily 10mil from the job

It would 100% have an affect on mugging. Nobody would ever carry cash on them

My greatest suggestion for you by far is this.
Play the game more, get a better idea of how the game works.
Search for your idea before you post. Many things that sound like a great idea have been suggested before.
Flesh out your post before posting. The more detailed the suggestion, generally, the better.
Take criticism. Not every idea works for Torn, even if it sounds fantastic.
