The 10 star rig is 10 star for 2-3 weeks, then 9 star for one week. Pay is negotiable.
The 5 star rig pays more and fairly new - as it gets older, it will be upgraded more and be 10 star eventually as well. Keep the JP to use for Embargo contracts or reduced bank time (math will be linked to employees)
TLDR: Currently hiring for the 5 star rig - pay is up to 4m daily.
When your bank is up, you can transfer to the 10 star rig to bank your 3b and return to the 5 star rig for more pay.
