• Is it better to have equal battle stats or a 3 stat build?
• At what Battle stats should I start whoring?
• does whoring mean faster growth?

I do not think that leaving behind one stat is an optimal way to play. You should focus one defensive stat over the other, but don't just leave one behind in the dust.
- Get yourself a solid foundation first. At a HARD minimum, get yourself to 100M in all 4 stats before you worry about specializing. Otherwise you're going to be getting your cheeks clapped by guys with half your battlestats that are built into countering builds.
- 3 Stat Builds are the Norm for most of Torn because they're highly versatile, combat-effective, and mathematically proven.
- Whoring does = faster growth in that specific stat, since your gym gains are exponential. (Not accurate numbers but for demonstrative purposes) If you're just talking about total stats, training 150E into 1B Dex might get you 750K DEX, while training 150E into 1M DEF might get you 20K DEF. So if you're just going off total battlestats, yes, whoring = faster growth. But if you mean overall account growth, then no; Having 1B Dex isn't going to affect your Def growth at all, so in the longterm, whoring's just a battlestat strategy.
