I can't attack anyone, even with full health not in the hospital and not traveling and this has been goin' on for 2 days now

Please describe what happens when you try to click the attack button on a player's profile. Are you getting any errors?
Also please clear your app or browser cache and see if that changes anything.
It shows an red X everytime i tried everything
If you are trying to attack players who have new player protection (under 14 days account age), you will not be able to do that since your new player protection has expired.

This one works but another not, i could attack someone 3days ago and now i can't
That is because you recently lost your new player protection. You can attack any player over 14 days game age, you just can't attack players under 14 days age with the green leaf icon on their profile.
For how long?
Forever.
Forever - green leaves (players under 14 days old) can only be attacked by other green leaves, unless they join a faction which is in a war/raid at which point they are attackable.
When the player you cannot currently attack loses their green leaf protection, you can attack them again.
(Just like how up until 5 days ago YOU were protected from being attacked by non green-leafs)
