also, there's a questions and answers section of the forum, posting questions in GD usually has quite negative results

Thunderdome section, you have to reach level 15 and join a faction over 2m respect to unlock the thunderdome.

It'll give you some reading material, but it will teach you a LOT to get you started down the right path. Making money in Torn is easy, just requires a little bit of knowledge and some of your time. The tutorials and guides forum is excellent. Learn from those that did it before you.

Join a faction that does ranked wars and is newbie friendly
Start buying 100 torn city items a day: Beer, lollipops or the plushies are decent to go with. Find a buyer and sell to them. instant profit
You can sell losses for 250k-300k a hit, but using your E to train would be a way better choice.
Read all the guides that have been posted already and then find more and read those.
Beyond that get in the mindset that Torn is a marathon and not a sprint, things take time and once you get rolling everything becomes easier and faster.
First buy first aid kits then sell losses @200k to 300k per loss. You can say in trade chat "selling losses 250k each" like this
Then rent a property ,buy candies and ecstasy with that money and train at gym.
Then find baldrs guide in forums there youll find easy targets . Attack and leave them . Reach level 15 fast then earn 5mil a day by travelling.
