Torn Intel is a shared faction intelligence platform built for serious Torn City players and faction leaders. It gives your entire faction a common operating picture — activity tracking, war analytics, enemy monitoring, and stat management, all in one place.
It started as a private tool built for my own faction to replace the spreadsheets and manual coordination we were doing before every ranked war. Over time it grew into a full platform. As of 2026, it is used by factions across the ranked war scene.
Track enemy faction activity patterns, compare battle stats, automate war payouts, spy players over time, and manage your entire faction from a single shared dashboard — all with a Limited API key.
Every member logs in with their own Limited API key. Keys go into an encrypted pool — the more members join, the faster everything syncs. On first login it automatically backfills 30 days of stats and armory data.

HOW TO START
1 Go to torn-intel.com
No install, no extension, no Tampermonkey — just a website.
2 Paste your Limited API key
Create one in Torn Settings → API Keys. Limited Access is all you need.
3 Tell your faction to do the same
More members = more keys in the pool = faster data for everyone.
UPGRADE TO PRO OR PLATINUM
Per Faction — Pro
20 Xanax / month
Anyone in the faction can pay. Payments stack (10 now + 10 later = works).
Per Player — Platinum
1 Xanax = 15 days
Personal subscription for stock alerts and Discord bot.

- Activates automatically in ~1 minute
- Pro lasts 30 days then reverts to Free — nothing is deleted
- Pro is per-faction. Platinum is per-player. Both are independent.
SECURITY
Your API key is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it touches the database. Never stored in plain text. Only decrypted server-side when making a Torn API call, then discarded from memory. All API calls are read-only — no actions, no trades, no attacks, no messages.

Q&A
Is it safe?
Keys are AES-256 encrypted. You only need Limited Access. Verify your key's usage directly in Torn Settings.
Do all members need to log in?
No, but more is better. Each additional key increases API rate limits and speeds up data collection for everyone.
What if I switch factions?
Updates automatically the next time you log in.
What API access level do I need?
Limited Access. Public and Minimal won't work. Full Access is fine but overkill.
