Recently, I've seen some players at around the same level as me (maybe 1-2 level lower or higher) attempting to attack me, but failed. I didn't do any annoying things, or make anyone angry, so I decided to ask them why they had attacked me. They said that they were doing a misson, and they apologised me. I'm very confused. What kind of misson is that?

Duke gives out contracts. Sometimes you need do throw x grenades, use up y bullets or hit z body parts.
It's nothing personal. Some missions allow you to pick targets at your own discretion. You probably look weaker than you actually are.
