i think theres cloudflare issue. i got this problem with other site that uses cloudflare
if you use scripts it could be conflicting, disable a script 1 by 1 untill you see which one it is then maybe contacts developer
Per the Cloudflare Status site, they are reporting an issue that may be causing this. In the meantime you can try clearing your cache, trying in an incognito/private browser session, or try using a VPN to see if that changes anything.
Had scripts disabled and used incognito. It was the same.
Currently using another laptop purely torn and there is no issue.
Have to test at home if it is same.
It seems the Cloudflare issue is localised rather than general.
Hopefully, all good.
Login on desktop. No issue.
