Here’s the issue: Mallorca Palma, the team listed in the bet, is a completely different team from who actually played today. The team that played today was Fibwi Palma, not Mallorca Palma. When I saw the bet listed in the bookie I looked up past games between Mallorca and Cartagena to make my decision on how to bet seeing as how they won pretty handily in February.

Anyways 25 mil isn’t gonna kill me but hoping the bookie boss might be able to make it right.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The name of the club seems wrong indeed. The official name is "Fibwi Mallorca Bàsquet Palma". I will report this to our provider.

 

As for your bet,

So you're saying that you confused it with "Palmer Basket Mallorca Palma" which we have under the name of Palmer Basket?

Regarding your bet. While the team was not well-named by the provider (for some reason they try to avoid using sponsored team names), we consider it insufficient for the bet to be refunded since the team you supposedly confused it with is commonly known as Palmer Basket or Palmer Basket Mallorca which is not Mallorca Palma.
