My faction The Sovereign Syndicate is about to start a war soon and the opposing team Shogunate has had 3 out of it's 12 players Tshepangm [4059995] - Daemonheart [4225472] - S4or1 [4248588] put into federal jail and the leader Sagari [2199571]
has contacted me asking to submit a bug report and is asking to forfeit the war.

I'm not sure exactly what is going on at all but we are not requesting to forfeit on our end of this war.
You asked for terms for us to agree to give your faction the win which was denied then miraculously just before the war starts gets just enough members tossed in federal jail to trigger the 20% needed to forfeit a RW. If this is a scheme for us to forfeit the war we are not agreeing to that and will just fight it out like was said from the start. We'd rather fight Win or lose.
We can continue the rw, but you got fewer target to hit..

Well, maybe it is what you say it is but it's also quite a strange coincidence considering it occurred just a few hours before the war starts. Though the decision was ultimately up to me after asking every last member if they wanted to agree or not agree to your terms and having seen estimated stats of your faction members and sending them to the players in my faction the decision was made to go for it however it goes down.
All this forfeit stuff makes no sense to have me go chasing down admins to deal with this when all you had to do is continue on with the war however it went.

I didn't ask to go through this, you messaged me asking me to contact admins to do a bug report to forfeit the war but we never agreed to any such thing. That's just you telling yourself you had us in the bag regardless so we might as well just hand over the win to you with no war at all.
You had to have a motive to begin with or you wouldn't have had any reason to try to use a bug report to get what you wanted. You knew exactly how to use that option to your advantage.
Alright, we will just continue the war.. however it went.
I do have the ability to resolve a war by forfeit (the win is granted to the faction who does not have fedded members), looks like the war has already concluded. Unfortunate timing as the request was submitted on weekend and I was not available to take a look this past weekend. Sorry!
