Every time I do hunting session in Africa the progress keeps slowing by 0.001. is it something we can control somehow or same for everyone?
Also which of the three hunting way is best beginner, intermediate or advanced?

Hunting is a huge energy sink. 75 isn't too hard but 100 takes like 165k energy. The best time to do it is on hunting day. The three choices of hunting dont affect skill gains, only money. Just choose the option that gives you the most cash. I dont know what levels the later options become better but it's pretty early.
You get the same experience regardless of which one you do - you are just more likely to catch animals and get money if you are doing the ones suitable for your skill level. At your skill level the "standard" hunt is best, and will remain the best until you are in the 70s.
World Tiger Day in July gives 5x progress AND has special rare animals worth lots more money.
Working in a 7* or above Meat Warehouse gives 25% faster skill gain.

Outside of World Hunter Day its a pretty poor return for your energy.
I usually fly to SA at last part of my day. Get to SA , buy stock , dump energy into hunting... set to fly back then goto bed.. no energy loss
Gotta love the statistics.
Another vital stat to toss onto the pile... You reach 50% of the way there at skill 96.
