when the mission tells you to hit anyone/randos, those are active. I use those in war a lot.

Oddly enough. Just got a duke mission for a guy who’s only been inactive for 17 days, was just raided by a faction, and I found it random that after I read this forum, I got that mission lol.
You may be onto something here, keep up the great discussion.
The way missions are set up now might be intended to be that way to help lure inactives back to play torn, they already send them emails reminding them about the game, so if they come back to all these events it might make em interested to stick around more than if they came back to nothing happened
Aye aye I will.say doing these old duke missions are I feel compared to and old stale mince an cheese pie that is abit green an fuzzy. Need nee missions that don't feel like it's a have to get some good rewards mates. 😒

That's a very easy way to game the system. Ask the target to strip down and grab their pillow for you. Then you easily complete the mission.
Okay perfect, I love it... Now write like 200 missions so the devs can copy and paste... Then they have no excuse not to add.
Heres a mission for ya, chump. Go offline for 3 hours while everyone in Torn buymugs your bazaar and posts the everdance in this thread. Biggest mugs get prizes from the DUKE.

Remember, the Duke doesn’t want you to defeat him - the Duke just wants you to beat him off so he learns his lesson.
