No I'm asking what makes you think that collusion in Torn poker is against Torns rules.

Yes it does allow collusion, though at the stakes where it most likely might happen, mid-low stakes, no one's really getting much use out of it and should be the least of anyone's concerns.

Now, I don't know about you, but I don't think the primary purpose of your life, of my life and the entirety of the human race's is just to blindly consume to support a failing economy and a faulty system. forever and ever until we run out of every resource and have to resort to blowing each other up to ensure our own survival. I don't think we're supposed to sit by idle while we continue to use a long outdated system that produces war, poverty, poker collusion, corruption, ruins our environment and threatens every aspect of our health and does nothing but divide and segregate us. I don't think how much military equipment we are selling to other countries, how many hydrocarbons we're burning, how much money is being printed and exchanged, is a good measure of how healthy our society is but I do think I can speak for everyone when I say, we're sick of this shit.

You don't have to believe it if you don't want to, but it just is. This isn't Pokerstars or some other real money poker site. Also i'm pretty sure in your scenario, many more things would go wrong for the colluders instead of things right lol.

What exactly are 3 Ballsy players going to really accomplish colluding with each other when there's so many other holes in their game they need to tighten up first?

Thundergod is exactly correct, sorry to break it to you. This is a "crime game" with poker as a development side-quest, not the other way around. We barely have functional NLHE, it is not within development scope to accurately detect and therefore enforce sanctions against collusion, if one were interested in doing so. I'm not suggesting we would be or wouldn't be, but this place isn't just a Poker site, so no resources have yet been spent to ensure a standard of fair-play that other real-money sites have to legally, as well as in their own interest (whether its on games with fake chips or not). 

If you want to grab 7 friends and try to lock down a table against an unsuspecting player then currently you're well within your right to do so. On the flip side it is much easier for a tuned in human to flag colluding players, so if you think a game is rigged you can leave and warn other people and create blacklists. In my personal opinion collusion in Torn poker is not a massive issue like it would be elsewhere because the player pool is so weak. Either the colluders are losing players and don't know how to use it effectively, changing nothing or even making their own edge worse, or they're already massively winning against the pool and the effect is nothing. I would love an example of a player that went from losing/small winning to winning/massive winning as a result of colluding play, I've never come across it and I probably have the most hands played since 2.0 started including legacy stats. None of that to say its "right" or "okay", as previously said the main reason is simply this is not [insert favourite real Poker site]. 

If you believe you have means to accurately detect collusion without significant development investment (on the scale that real poker sites have to spent) then please feel free to share this means and I can definitely argue for anti-collusion rules to be added and enforced. 

This is not at all. On Pokerstars you can deposit money and cash out whenever you want. If there are dumb people buying torn $ for real money, just to play poker, doesn't make Torn a "real" poker site.
