Is there a way to auto calculate rent based off real estate market?

I was just being smart lol. So why wouldn't it work? Whenever I rent a property I have to go manually look up current rates. It would be so much easier if I could renew with 1 click

Because it inspires laziness. You look those up and make a decision. That's important. Without that process you'd have a bunch of yuppies pricing according to iu044 or similar shits destroying the market underpricing the market thinking that's normal. I'd give it a month then before investor threads start popping up as to why the property rental and purchading market has fallen by 20-40% more as people panic.

So it's kinda possible but the rentals API is pretty gross, it looks like it's sortable on like the timestamp of the record (I think) and I hate thta.

In regards to the concern about impacting property rental price, yeah it could do, this extension has maybe like 60 active users, it likely won't impact it much.

Also, in all honesty, it's not my problem. I make tools cos I am lazy. Providing it is within the rule and ToS, i couldn't really care otherwise.

I am going to enquire about the API ordering to see if I can essentially replicate the Rental market page, I have a suspicion that they don't allow it due to mugging bots, but that's just a theory.

Script seems broken lately (less than a week i'd say)
It finds the PIs, list them, but all details are default (status undefined, days left 0 etc)
Is it a known issue?

Edit: I checked quickly and it seems the API response has changed, and doesn't provide those information :x

Hey thanks, I've not noticed this myself I still definitely get all my details for my own properties. 

Can I just check you are absolutely on the latest version and you're using a limited access api key? 

I checked with a full access API and.. it worked!

Suggestion:

I have a few PIs with different happy levels. Is it possible to either have a default per happy level, or for it to just use the same rent per day as is currently set?

The table returns that rent is $700k per day, so could it default to 30x daily_rent?

It adds some extra complexity that won't really impact many.

Could you add a "Renter's Name" column to the table? Ideally with a profile link so I can easily chat with them.

4.1.2 UPDATE

• Added rental market suggestion (works off the max PI happiness and the lowest cost per day)
  • I dont plan on changing the property or happiness, everyone should be renting max PI's :D
• Added renters name and link to profile
• Cleaned up mobile view

In mobile view, I wonder if possible to alter the script to change the number of listings per page from 15 to a smaller number.

As for the rental market suggestion, could I suggest an additional script to "automatically" calculate the daily rental costs of the property rental listings and highlight the listing of the cheapest daily rental for the different happy levels.
