I did the mission where you shoot someone with an AK-47 then send it to them but the mission won't complete. Plz help.

It sounds like you're doing the mission called "Proof of the Pudding":
1) Acquire {weapon}
2) Use the {weapon} to achieve a damaging hit on {target}
3) Send the {weapon} to {target}
Does the page say all the steps are complete but you're unable to finish the mission by clicking the "Complete Contract" button?
OR
Is there still at least one step that is not crossed off?
If one of the mission steps is not crossed out yet, you can check exactly what happened in your game logs and the attack log. Possibly you just missed something.
- did you attack the correct target?
- did you actually make a damaging hit with the weapon?
- did you send the correct weapon to the correct player?
You need to send the item to your target, you are sending a parcel which won't work.
