    Chat 2.0 is no longer maintained by the devs. Can you replicate the issue with Chat 3.0 in Incognito window of your mobile browser?

The chat icons in the bottom right hand corner have all disappeared. Occasionally on some pages the cog wheel and 'people' icon return but that is it. Occasionally it will showing 'spinning wheels' and may note 'cannot connect to server' or the like.

 

  • I am using FF, have cleared the cache numerous times, issue persists,
  • turned off Torn Tools, logged out and back in, issue persists,
  • logged into Torn using Edge and icons and functions return but I really do not want to have to use Edge,
  • it was working as expected in FF but the issue started occasionally and then got worse and worse and has now become persistent.

Update; it turned out that as I use 'NoScript' there was a Script that was still blocked called; sendbird.com

 

Allowing that script allowed Chat to again function as expected.

 

This issue has become resolved, it was a user issue that was resolved by allowing permission to a script.
