I just got my first book and was unsure when I should use it
The book I have is
Book : Winking To Win
Is there any way I can prepare for this?
Maybe join a logistic, hold 5 mission or smth? Is there more ways to use this to the fullest?
I don't think holding 2 more slots would make a huge difference because missions only one mission is spawned every day.
Andyman's Book guide mentioned about new NPCs like Amanda but she's been 'in the works' for ages. So we're stuck with Duke.
I assume you're having Duke's Expert missions. So just stack 3 missions and read the book before you accept any new missions.
