As the image shows, my crimes 2.0 burglary skills suddenly reset and now became lvl 3 , as you can see the data I have hundreds attempt before. Can you help me to fix this please. Thank you.

As I have already mentioned over DM, you lose skill level and crime experience every time you critically fail a crime. If your level keeps resetting, you are doing something wrong or you are attempting crimes which are more difficult compared to your current Crime experience. Try doing easier crimes and build up your Crime exp before attempting harder crimes.
