Nice try, it somewhat worked.
I will say this isn't really the place to do it but since they've got rid of testing area, f**k knows where to direct you.
From left to right:
Quote, Report, Sticky (Faction forums only), Edit, Lock(Faction only) Delete (Faction only), Move (faction only). Ban (Faction only)
Anything that I've labelled faction only, can also be done by company directors, and I’m assuming staff
