The idea comes from just having to trust people will pay you for services like revives and other thing that the game doesnt give you a real way to pay for, example a job recruiter who recuits members for companys has no pay security.
So my thought was possible some sort of invoice system to help in these areas.
You mean to tell me that in a crime game there are dishonest people????

Regardless of the system implemented there will always be dishonest people as well as people whos voice holds no real value to the subject at hand.
The system would give the people of torn city new opportunities and forms of payment.
The suggestion is simply just that. A suggestion
