I wasn't sure if this belonged in here or in Tutorials. One of my faction members just brought up how there is a way I can set something up in Discordn that will automate being able to send funds from a Fation Member's faction account directly to them. Is this a thing? If so, would someone be so kind as to point me in the right direction?

You can set discord to ping one of your bankers and make them do it, but you can't set up a bot to automatically send funds to someone.
Automated transfers would be illegal. Torn’s API is read-only, and tools/scripts can’t perform actions that aren’t directly and manually initiated by the user.
There are tools that let members request funds and generate a prefilled bank link or message for a faction banker to review and send manually, but the actual payout still has to be done by a person.
I’m not aware of any free public ones, though.
As my faction's banker, would somethig like the tools you've mentioned allow me to deliver funds while I am traveling, or, overseas, or do I still have to be 'physically' in Torn?

You would still need to physically be in torn and have the faction control settings available.
We use Tornium for bank withdraws. All it does is send people with access too the vault a ping on discord and provide them options to transfer the funds.
The links provided will simply open up the vault page, input the user ID and balance requested. But it still requires the banker to click the "send" button and does not automate the transfer. Which requires you to still be in Torn and available to do so.
Ok, so really, having them send me a DM (which then pings my phone) is already doing the same thing.

Tornium bot, it's free. It makes a link that prefills the banking page with the person and amount. You just click the link to go to the page, and then click to give the money. The bot checks if they have enough cash but it's always good to double check in case multiple bankers clicked at the same time.
yeah this kind of feature shines in large and active factions that might be doing hundreds of vault requests a week, and with a group of bankers managing the admin rather than a sole individual
kinda, only difference is if you have multiple bankers it can ping them all, and tracks if someone has fulfilled the request or not already.
Also, it pre-inputs the info on the vault page for you, so there's less of a chance of accidentally fatfingering a number. The requestor also can't ask for more than what they have in the vault either.
I would say, if you already have a discord set up for your faction, Tornium Bot is definitely something worth tinkering with. Banking is not the only feature it offers.
But if you don't care to do it all manually, then yeah a discord DM would suffice lol.
Alternatively if your member(s) aren't Torn verified you can set up an @banker permission and have them post in a dedicated banking channel two separate messages:

Where 10m is the amount of money to withdraw in Torn format, example:
10k, 200k, 3m, 4.5m, 60m, all
Then you just have to remember the name and not the amount too.
Has to be two separate messages because otherwise you can't copy the message and paste it directly bc the @banker gets copied too as a discord link which is irritating to delete out of the pasted text.
