iOS Tooltip Fix

Here's a little script to try and fix those pesky tooltips that fail to show on iOS (TornPDA).

 

For instance, when you click the furthest right icon in the icon bar on the top of the screen the tooltip (almost) never shows ... this has been annoying me for way too long, so I figured I would give it a shot.

The same issue actually also applies to the furthest right icon on the main Crimes page, so now you can enjoy tooltips there as well. :D

 

Tested with:

 

  • Tampermonkey on Firefox (desktop)

  • TornPDA on iOS 18

Notes

I tried to make it only affect the broken tooltips, however it might make other tooltips react a bit weirdly, such as flash during opacity transitioning etc.
