You need to click a picture after you upload it and select "Set as profile picture"
You are double clicking the "Set as Profile picture" button probably? Because you are also removing the profile picture after setting it, per the logs. Whatever it is, is being done by you which is why there are two logs for each of your attempt, one for setting and one for unsetting.
