Contraband

Hi Guys,

I haven't really got my head around contraband and I wasn't able to find a good guide.

Do these items have a use in the game or are they purely for selling at a profit ?

When selling these items do I list them in the items market like everything else or just sell them back to game ?

there are a number of various items you can buy abroad including weapons, drugs, flowers/plushes, ect.

most items have some sort of use and value but not all will be a profit if you buy them from certain locations, so i would suggest you check prices ahead of time and/or find some guides for flying (i would link one but i never flew for profit aside from some xanax occasionally)

the most common items to buy are xanax, flowers, and plushes, at your level i would hope you know what xanax is, and flowers and plushies can be traded to the museum for points, and if you don't have a museum you can sell to traders who do

Thanks Warriordud, I'm familiar with xanax and flushies. It is the newer contraband items I'm interested in (I have torn tools to show the profits on each item) it is more about specific uses for those newer contraband items and the best way to sell them on for a profit.

All the contraband items right now can be sold for a profit at various shops in the city.  There are a couple that can be traded in for points at the museum like the meteorite fragment and Patagonian fossil in Argentina and the arrowheads in six different locations.  You can see all of them on this wiki page - https://wiki.torn.com/wiki/Contraband
