This is the kinda accusation that, if you wanna make it, you need proof, and a fair bit of it.
As someone that's faction has dealt with similar before I was lead, odds are this post will get straight up deleted by staff at some point for the accusation. If it happened in game, report it. If it happened on discord, report to discord, and file a report with Torn staff too. They will monitor him, which you've just made harder.
I get why you've made the post, but it wont end up having the effect you want it to. Not in the normal "forums don't like bad posts" way, it just genuinely wont work out how you want it to.
