So after reaching a networth of 700mil im now down to 200mil after weeks of bad financial decisions I now think I am at the point of no return any advice? (other than to give up)

Reach a nwetworth of 700mil again and don't make weeks of bad financial decisions this time
That's you have two different types of money
- Socks and investments.
- Money you play with. Buy drugs, weapons, loot boxes.
Sometimes you buy a stock that will later be used for big entertainment purposes like a company for fun.

agree with above though, should probably lose access to your fac vault. I’ve seen one too many vault scams because the leader can’t afford shit.

So for some perspective (using 23.5 million as the price of a Donator Pack), losing 500 million TCD is the equivalent of losing about 115 dollars or 82 British pounds (with one donator pack costing 5 dollars).
That fact in and of itself is neither good or bad on the surface. Only you can decide what that figure means to you. But don't beat yourself up too much though for what happened.
If you can afford it and comfortable doing so, and want to rebuild your net worth quickly, buy a few more donator packs to build your net worth up against and learn lessons from what caused you to lose most of your net worth. If you’d rather not, maybe just build it up again through play?
