Not sure if i'm posting in the right place~
I got logged out of my torn app the other day and since then i have not received a push notification.
Everything i've found online states i need to reset the notification token for the torn app.
I've found a few things having to do with deleting the app and changing your date/time and redownloading, along with shutdows of my phone durring this.
However nothing has worked.
Has anyone run into this?
Had same problem with play store app. Uninstall and download again worked for me, maybe for ios is different
Can you try logging out of the app, click logout of all sessions then re-login and see if that works? I am assuming you have notifications enabled in the app and your device settings?
Yes i have the notifications on in why phone, Not sure where the option is to log out of all sessions though, as thats not something i've tried.
I was able to do that, and unfortunately i'm still getting errors changing the notification settings. I've got two screenshots from my phone i've uploaded here.

No matter how many times i log out and log in, or uninstall the app, it's the same thing.
Please post in this thread about the issue, I will send a reminder to Manuito to check what is going on.
