Step 1: Be a greenleaf. Step 2: ???????????? Step 3: Profit. If you are no longer a greenleaf, I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you’ll be rolling those slots for years futilely.

By going all in; it's the only way.
(i am not responsible for the outcome of your casino ventures)
First spend all your energy praying at the church for 2 weeks. Then sell all your items and donate 50% of your money to the church. Use the rest of your money to spin and you will win the jackpot. (Eventually)
Edit: Forgot to mention that you have to send me 10% of your networth before doing this
You are 745 days old, it is already too late, only green leaves win the jackpot
Definitely use the double down strategy. If you lose a bet just double the amount you put on the next one so you get all your money back.
Rinse.
Repeat.
Don't gamble 🎰. Invest it all in stocks instead that's the real jackpot
Most replies are sarcastic, since you asked a very basic question. But I'm guessing you'd like a little more detail.
The jackpot on torn is different that irl slot machines you'd find in a casino. There, you'd have to place a max bet in order to win the max payout. Here in torn, there is only 1 jackpot you can win, whether you bet $10 or $10M. The way it incentivizes you to bet more money is that the higher your bet, the better odds you have of hitting the jackpot. So, while in theory you can technically win the jackpot betting only $10, your odds are impossibly low of hitting the jackpot. But even betting the max of $10M doesn't guarantee an eventual jackpot. I'm sure there are other posts here in the forums that give more detail to how much your odds increase with higher bets, but I'm too lazy to look them up.
Keep in mind these casino games are designed to take money out of torn, helping to keep the economy strong and keeping inflation in check.
FWIW, I won the jackpot a few months ago betting $100k a spin. I usually lost about 1-1.5M a day, and thought that was an acceptable amount of money to lose every day on entertainment, but damn, I got lucky and it paid off.
To add to the above, a rudimentary study was done years ago (which the methodology was questionable but it'll still give us a ballpark), and the data suggests if a player was able to bet $601,000 per spin, that player would have a 1:485,000 chance of winning the jackpot per spin
We can extrapolate from this and say that jackpot odds are *very roughly*:
~1:175k @10m spins,
1:350k @1m,
1:700k@100k,
1:1.4m @10k,
1:2.8m@1k,
1:5.6m@100,
So if you spend 150 tokens/day on 10m spins you could expect to win the jackpot in ~3.2 years at a cost of 1.75t minus incremental gains for probably a net loss of ~400-500b (plus point cost) minus w/e jackpot you win :P
Now if you instead do that with 10$ spins you'd instead spend 112m over a little over 204.5 years, at a net loss of around ~30-40m (plus point cost), so be with the jackpot you'd be in theory in the positive
