You bet on the 3-way regular time (win, lose or draw) - it was a draw at that point, and ended in a penalty shootout.
The winning 3-way bet option was "draw" and you chose "win", so you lost the bet.
Yeah you get to final rounds the competition is so tight draws are very common as both sides are bound to play closer to the vest, not wanting to make mistakes and give counter opportunities which can decide a match.
As mentioned in our Bookie Policies, the 3-way Ordinary time matches are settled based on the score at the end of regular time + stoppage time. The match ended in a 1-1 draw.
Football
Settled on 90 minutes of play plus any added injury or stoppage time. Extra-time and penalty shoot-outs are not included.
