What is the best way or oder to Upgrade your PI? Also, is it wise to upgrade all of it?

You need about 15-20b in passive income investments before it makes sense to own a PI, because those passive investments earn you MORE money than a rental costs you.
After you have those investments, you need a BB, property broker job and some educations to get the full price reduction for upgrading your PI, otherwise it costs way too much. Alternatively, there are people who have those things and can upgrade for you, for a small fee
