I have recently found an issue with the chain report api call.
Player Monixi ID 4030197 made an assist on this chain, on torn chain report page
https://www.torn.com/war.php?step=chainreport&chainID=63882401
shows the assist.
but when i run the api call for that chain
https://api.torn.com/v2/faction/63882401/chainreport?key=
i get the following result

Player # 4030197 is labeled as non attacker so the assist is nowhere to be seen
