Ability to place bounties on yourself

You exploited a bug and now u're going to Fed.

You know what you're right, I was fine until Bigz give me  7 hours hosp for my bugged bounty. so to balance it out

I understand the fear of it being abused but, that feels more like a short term issue (much like the now debunked argument around uncensoring "fuck,") whereas, in the long-term it'll just be a used as necessary feature, much like the other self-hospitalising methods, so, I really hope it stays!  🤞🏻🤞🏻

I've done this is the past and submitted a report but couldn't figure out how to replicate it lol. Too funny that it ended up being a blank field.
