Not in a good place have no support system or communication. If you went from zero hero how did you turn it around. Obviously grasping at straws looking for help anywhere. Thanks for your time.

I did. Had pretty bad depression, a low paying, morale crushing job, crumbling relationship. Was very close to letting the hammer drop.

I got help (therapy & meds) & kind of pushed myself forward. You have to learn that even tiny steps will make you go a long distance, as long as you keep making those steps.

If none of that works, then survive purely out of spite too.

I have been there more times than I care to admit.

Thats the time to call your doctor.  I dont know what country you're in but in the USA we have 988, the suicide hotline.

I've gone so far as to pull the literal trigger and I'm still here.  Im grateful for that even though some days are still quite hard.  Its a battle I'll fight forever.

It comes down to treatment.  Therapy and meds.  It sucks but its the truth.

If your head hurt you'd take some Tylenol.  If you had an infection you'd take antibiotics.  Why do we acce p t medication for physical injuries but not for psychological ones?  Cause that feeling of wishing you could be gone, that isn't a normal and healthy thought.  You can get better.

You can also reach out to me day or night.  No Torn-style funny business.  Just someone who ill listen and respond (assuming I'm awake).

Oh, and +1 to the existing out of spite.

I have had my fair share of issues and I look at it optimistically. Yeah, they were tough and brutal to go through, but I am better for it. It's certainly better than the alternative of feeling sorry for myself and wallowing in self-defeat.

All this to say everyone endures hard and trying times, it's the nature of life.

When you're at the bottom of the barrel, the only way to go is up. The tide goes in and the tide goes out. Bad times will fade and good times will emerge, once again.

I had that thought couple times. Kind of long story but I think I am good now.

First time was 9 and tried to attempt because of the school bully. Parents and school won't help and told me "you are a grown-up don't need friendship, we are individual, everyone will betray you." 🫠 I stayed alone during school break for 2.5 years.

Childhood life affected my characters lots. Secondary school was the other nightmare. Got bullied, tons of traumas and low self esteemed, it affects me even now but I am surely scared of pain. That's why I don't have any piercings and tattoos. Kinda good because it stopped me for doing silly stuffs lol.

I didn't look for any professional assistances for my entire life, family(yea again but I was a teenager haha) told me that was just like a flu and we all could cure by ourselves. Yup so I took roughly 9 years to self cured, took supplements, tried to love myself and accepted myself and lived for a healthy life, although people were still mean 🤪 Guess what, I had that feeling back again 4 years ago and last year was really serious. But from last Nov I wanted to take control and built up my own life again, so far is okay, sometimes I am happy. I tend to live because I might meet some amazing and true friends, also I can see how's the world going.

I have long forgotten when it was. But I know I lived through it, even if the memory has faded. Growing up means learning to stand alone, anchored in the storm when everything else falls apart.

Yet, that very resilience has rendered me cautious—too afraid to make a grand move, or perhaps, the world simply denied me the chance.

The world is ruthless. To turn the tide, intent is never enough; it demands capital. They say time heals all wounds, but I know the truth: wealth does. I was once broken by others, and it is a pain that gold could easily cure. Money is everything. Unfortunately, that is exactly where I am trapped, left wondering how many winters must pass before my fortunes finally restore.
