Two drones hit my country, both supposedly jammed, the first was a supposed russian one which ended up hitting an apartment block in the center of Galati (industrial port town)

what's really odd is that a jammed drone not only hit a strategic target instead of a deserted beach, but got through the barriers.

You can watch videos on the youtube channel United24 where those covering the conflict in Ukraine mention that both sides have adopted AI to choose targets in weapons after they have been jammed.  So AI would pick up the driving of the weapon after signal is lost, and fly it into something the AI deems to be manmade.  As it's war, the operators are driving it generally towards enemy lines, and may not have any real safety parameters in said AI.  Just seek, fly to, crash payload into, end of programming. Anyway this is in response to your question about how a drone might drive into a port and into something of value after it's been jammed.   And not just some empty beach.

One could hope Ukraine's AI is trying to identify military objects (and also Oil terminals which they deem a valid target) by their outline etc, but at least they warned Romania when they lost control of said drones.

After I posted I decided to add a video, it's a 2 year old video, but in a way that just helps to show that they have been trying to have AI integrated for a while. Original drone model used manufactured July 2023.

No, you're spreading false information saying NATO and Romania agreed it came from Russia when these are 2 seperate incidents. 

The aerial drone that entered Romanian airspace on May 29th is not the same as the maritime sea drone that entered Romanian port on June 5th. 

Russia denied the aerial drone being theirs. NATO said otherwise.

Ukraine warned Romania beforehand and apologized for the maritime sea drone because it was theirs.
