They fact the majority of your faction isn't in hospital means they're terrible at bullying

well they claimed us level 17 and below and only 15 members were bullying them then level 100s and 40 member faction lol just was wondering if its common for this type of childish behavior ? 

They have a ranked war starting in four hours. My guess is they mean to win it first, and then use whatever chain they have going for the raid (to take advantage of that multiplier).

And for OP, in regards to why they're raiding you... that's something you ought to know as the leader of your faction. Larger factions generally don't raid for no reason. That's valuable energy that could be used for training, and they're not going to waste it just push around a noob. So what did you do to provoke such a response?

What aren't you telling us? Yes, big factions smack the shit out of weak factions when they do stupid shit. No, people that are established and invested don't go around wasting resources willy nilly. There's a reason this is happening and the "claimed we were bullying them" hints at there being more to the story.

one of there members were spam attacking us. i reached out to be met with a threat. so i bountied said person now were getting raided.

There's definitely far more to the story than this. If I had to guess, you and yours were hassling some of their smaller members. They likely asked you, and multiple times probably, to back off. You, being a total badass refused, and now facing the consequences of your actions come to the forums looking for sympathy. It's a tale as old as time.

there lowest level member is level 15 at the time of that i was level 14 been dealing with them for 3 levels now. cant really mess with them when they all out level us.

But to repeat myself, what is it that you're not telling us? There's definitely more to the story. No large faction is going to be wasting their time and energy on you unless you did something to truly tick them off. So, what did you do? Because it's rather doubtful that you're some innocent victim of an unprovoked raid.

thats all there is one of there members like a week ago spammed attacked one of our faction members i reached out asking him about it said he was doing missions but no mission requires u to hospitalize the same player over 5x one right after the next. after him just giving me the run around and still attacking said player he then changes focus to me as i did bounty him to stop the spam attack. i then reach out again saying i would bounty him over and over if he didnt stop as im a low level 14 being attacked by a level 33. his reply was bountys dont matter to me they will just revive me and i will still just spam attack ur account. for what made him spam attack a level 10 (the other faction member he started the spamming with) i have no idea. i never once said i was innocent as i stated above that i bountied said person after the spam attack.

So, in response to a bigger person hitting you, you said you'd retaliate? I think this will be a good lesson for you. You retaliated and so did they. Escalation happened and guess what? You're losing. You really should have seen this coming. Deciding to fight stronger people in a PVP game is definitely a choice.

wasn't deciding to fight was defending from others deciding to fight. but i do get that.

First things first, yes, there are missions that require you to hospitalize a player multiple times. I had one just the other day. Usually mission targets are selected from inactive players, but sometimes those inactive players return and join a faction, which may be the case for the member of yours that was attacked.

Regardless, noobs overacting to mission or chain his is something most large faction leaders have experienced time and again. It's annoying, but if it were something raids were started over we'd be seeing multiple active raid screens on just about every faction in the game. So once more, what else is there that you're not telling us? Because I do not believe that this is the entire story.

the player he was spam attacking was level 10 while hes level 33 doubtful a mission would have u punching so low as my mission all have been around my level give or take 3-4 lvls but im no level 33 so i guess i wouldn't know. but that is word for word the entire events that unfolded.

I think this further proves my point, if they’re getting bullied off someone weaker than them, they’re not very good bullies.

But ultimately, Rebel is probably right. They’re going to chain for their war and hit you with the bonuses.

as well as torn wiki saying generally your mission scale based on you rep with the certain mission npcs and being level 33 he's considerably higher rep with some one like duke making it a slim chance he was really there to do mission for duke or someone else.
