I'm in 5th semester and I have to do a minor project and submit at the end of the semester. 

Any ideas for project make it easy one.. plz

How about an IoT related project? You can make it as simple or complex as your course requires, and there are lots of pathways you can explore

What did you decided to do? I remember doing some semesters ago a project to regulate the temperature inside a little mini fridge we designed, but it was focus into digital electronics so all that using a FPGA and doing the stuff about the communication protocols like SPI

So your project its non related to an specific subject? Bc depending on what u could do a current mirror (Sorry if its not the correct traduction but the one you do using BJT transistors) or for something more easy any type of project you could find using an arduino. 

Hope you get some interesting project to work on.
