Taken 9 years out of the game. Any budget friendly loadouts for 10-100m that can carry more power than the price suggests?

Taken 9 years out of the game. Any budget friendly loadouts for 10-100m that can carry more power than the price suggests?
Welcome back!
I was innactive for 10 years, I know how it feels like xD if you got any questions, feel free to hit me up.
As for loadouts, just the classic armalite for primary and DBK/macana for melee will do you just fine for now. And combat armour. Ranked War weapons are what you'll be aiming for in the future, but requires a bit more funds.
Enfield SA-80, BT MP9, and Macana are all under a mil. If you wanna drop a bit extra, Diamond Bladed Knife is the best melee in the game and will set you back a mil and an Armalite is ~21mil but is the best gun in the game.
That's all you really need until you decide to look at RW Weapons in several years and are perfectly serviceable (even the dirt cheap one I posted isn't too far from the top really).
If you want you can buy a metal nunchuck for just half a million as melee instead of DBK/macana
been inactive for quite a while too, a bit left behind in combat stats. using the sets you recommended, what would be the ideal ratio for stat distribution? thx in advance
Are you back to play the game actively? If you are you could get what you want without spending any money at all.
The faction you are in looks like a substantial, worthy well established faction to me.
Im not in your faction so i dont really know but i think there will be weapons and armours in your faction armoury which you can borrow/loan on a semi permanent basis?
But the 'price' for that is that they want you to be a good active player, helping the faction, join ocs and help in ranked wars/chains etc.
But thats fine thats what all active game players do in the game. You play the game actively and your faction will help you, that is how it works in this game.
it is good to own your own stuff, but if you are poor then your faction will help you with weapon/armour loans if you are a good faction member who helps the faction.
join the organised crimes, help in the wars, help in chains and ALWAYS listen to faction mails/chats from the bosses in your faction.
Thank you! I'll definitely have a look at these. I kept seeing these "red weapons" people refer to, still not sure what they are. Just getting the ball going again with money, routine, etc.
How come you were inactive for so long?
Great advice, thank you my friend. I am back in the game actively. I work a pretty full-on job IRL but the Torn PDA app helps a lot with flights and quick-access to Xanax, etc.
In terms of the faction, they have been great help so far with advice and what not. However, I am new and don't want to take the piss with taking from the armoury when I probably do not help as much as I could so far due to learning the ropes all over again.
You can see some examples of yellow/orange/red gear in the auction house, and this is the wiki page for weapon bonuses.
Cattle prod is budget parry, i think %shock beats accuracy when buying
Just train whatever your gym specializes in until you reach George's. After that it depends wildly on who you ask and what you prefer, but generally you want to keep your stats somewhat balanced with a defensive stat (defense or dexterity) on the higher end and the one you didn't pick on the lower end until way later down the road. I also recommend joining a Music Store (minimum 3 star but you should really aim for 7* if possible) for faster gym experience so you can get the most gains faster.
Way later down the line you'll blast your defensive stat to ~40% of your total battle stats but for now keep everything roughly the same.
Load out wise, if you wanna penny pinch, most factions have weapon/armors ready to be loaned out so you're good there as thats exactly what the faction Armory is for.
Baldr's beginner guide still pretty solid and as to what stat ratios are "good"
You can get a decent Parry melee weapon under 100m, it will save you tons of energy for missions.
(short explanation: most inactive use melee/fist/kicks as they ran out of bullets, hence parry weapon's value)
